Pregnant Woman Shot In The Stomach By A Facebook Rival

An unidentified pregnant woman was shot last Wednesday in Jacksonville, Flo[April 23] after she confronted another woman, identified as Virginia Wyche, about a fight they had on Facebook. Reports say the fight turned physical and the pregnant lady was shot in the stomach and she lost her unborn child.

Nigerians in other countries have been victims of various forms of abuse and harrassment. Until the leaders stand up and make a move to stop such acts against Nigerian citizens, this would continue.

Thief steals pricey electric bike, then accidentally calls owner for help on how to recharge it

Ben Jaconelli just recently opened Fully Charged, an East London, England electric bike retailer. Mr. Jaconelli not only sells electric bikes, he rides them too. While out and about, he locked up his electric Go Cycle on Kingsland Road in the London Borough of Hackney. Though he was only away from the bike for 20 minutes, when he returned to where he had left it, it was gone. Mr. Jaconelli was afraid he’d never see his bike again. As the London Evening Standard reports, he would see the bike again, after its thief unwittingly helped him.

After reporting the theft to police, Mr. Jaconelli received a phone call from a man who needed a charger for a Go Cycle. As Mr Jaconelli told the Standard, “I’m the authorized dealer for [Go Cycle] in the area so the thief called me, unaware that it was my bike. He asked for a charger for a Go Cycle and I knew straight away it had to be the thief. I took down as many details for him as possible and then set about tracking him down.”

And track him down, he did. Mr. Jaconelli and three of his friends arrived at the thief’s house after doing some online research to find his location. As he told the Standard, “He was out, but his mother was in and she got straight on the phone to her son to demand to know why he wanted an electric bike charger. A minute later he called me and asked why I was at his house and I said ‘you stole my bike.’ He hung up and 20 minutes later the bike arrived at [the Fully Charged] warehouse in a taxi.”

The Go Cycle is a pricey piece of equipment. Made by Karbon Kinetics Limited, the model that Mr. Jaconelli rides is worth £2,500 (approximately $4,200). Police say they are investigating the matter and that no arrests have yet been made.

Texas teacher allegedly did birthday lap dance for boy, 15

A Houston-area teacher has been charged with doing a lap dance for a boy at school on his 15th birthday.
A criminal complaint says 42-year-old Felicia A. Smith of Spring was charged Thursday with having an improper relationship with a student. Online jail records do not list an attorney for Smith, who was freed on $30,000 bond.

Investigators say the teacher in the Aldin Independent School District allegedly did the suggestive dance on Feb. 26 at Stovall Middle School in front of other students.
The district released a statement saying the teacher has been removed from campus amid the investigation.
Investigators told MyFoxHouston.com that the approximately four-minute lap dance was videotaped and the teacher allowed the student to slap her buttocks.
Smith reportedly told the student “I love you, baby, happy birthday” after the song.

It's likely that the person filming the scene is either stupid or insane but then questions of 'WHO' bothers many. Is it the parents or a babysitter?

From the look of the toddler, seems he was asked to step on the baby by someone older and he was just following orders.

The Vatican Says Jesus Is Not Coming Back

I know many will not find this funny but if you are one of those expecting that Jesus Christ is coming very soon, then you may just have to shelve that thought because according to waterfordwhispersnews.com, the Vatican, the seat of the Roman Catholic Church Worldwide has admitted that Jesus is not coming in again.

The website quoted a spokesperson of the Vatican that it has officially announced that the second coming of Jesus, the only son of the God, may not happen now after all, but urged followers to still continue with their faith, regardless of the news.

A 4-inch loaded weapon was discovered in the vagina of a 19-year-old girl, Dallas Archer, after she was arrested on Monday [April 21] by police officers and taken to Kingsport jail for driving with a suspended sentence.

Young Boy Escapes Kidnappers After Singing A Gospel Song For 3Hours

A 10 year old boy, Willie Myrick used a gospel track, Every Praise by Grammy winner Hezekiah Walker to escape his kidnappers in Atlanta-Georgia last week. The kid told WSB-TV on Thursday [April 24] that he was been cursed, scolded and threatened to be killed if he made a sound, but he kept on singing for three hours until he was thrown out of a moving car.

"Myrick was abducted from his Atlanta, Georgia driveway while he played with his pet Chihuahua. A stranger pulled up, lured him to his car with an offer of money, then grabbed the boy when he got close enough and sped off, according to police.
Myrick told WSB-TV, "He was cursing at me telling me to shut up and didn't want to hear a word from me. He said if I told anyone, he would hurt me, like in a bad way.”
But it was the indirect assistance from Grammy-award winner, Hezekiah Walker, that helped his young fan escape his captor. For three straight hours young Willie sang, "Every Praise," the artist’s popular gospel song. Willie did not let the constant threats from the kidnapper daunt him in any way. He just kept on singing. Finally, having had enough, the kidnapper let him out of the car at East Point.
"He opened the door and threw me out," the 10-year-old said. "He told me not to tell anyone."
When word of young Myrick’s survival got out, his church celebrated the victory on his 10th birthday. Even Hezekiah Walker, who heard about the incident, showed up; flying in from New York to Atlanta to celebrate with the child in the church's crowded sanctuary.
"It's just emotional to me because you never know who you're going to touch," Walker told ABC News. "I just wanted to hug him and tell him I love him. I really believe God spoke through me to save that young man's life."

Terry G Beats Up Hotel Manager

Nigerian hip hop sensation, Gabriel Amanyi, the one popularly called Terry G, is still his true self as he is reported to have beaten up a hotel manager during a street brawl involving him and his crew members on the 23rd of April, 2014, at Treasures Exclusive Garden, Iju, Lagos.
We gather that the Akpako Master as Terry G is fondly called, gave the man the beating he will not forget in a hurry.
It was gathered that Terry G and his boys arrived the place around 6 pm and one of his boys, on getting there, undressed and jumped into the hotel's swimming pool without paying or taking permission from those in charge.
He was ordered to leave the pool by a security man, but the warning and shouting fell on his deaf ears. The hotel manager and the owner of the place joined the security man and asked him to leave, but he still refused.
He was forced to leave the pool, which eyewitnesses said made the rest of the singer’s crew upset and the environment turned violent.
The Book of Ginjah crooner who wasn’t happy that one of his boys was embarrassed, started raining abuses on the hotel owner.
The hotel manager, who tried to calm down the already angry singer and producer, got a dose Terry G's Free Madness as the Benue State born artiste pounced on him pummelled him to no end.
It was only the intervention of the police from a nearby police station that brought the free for all fight to an end.
This is not the first time Terry G will be involved in a street fight, something that does not tell good of his status as an Ambassador of Peace which was bestowed on him by the wife of Nigeria's president, Patience Jonathan.

Troops uncover Boko Haram’s operational tricks

YOUNG Nigeriens at the border town of Nigeria and Niger Republic, Diffa, have confessed to be recruits of the Islamist militant group, Boko Haram.
A member of a gang in Niger told the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) that Boko Haram Islamist militants from Nigeria “regularly come across the border, looking for recruits.”
The gang members, in their 20s, said they were paid $3,085 (about N500,000) to join the insurgency and since they were jobless, they were willing to take the cash, but with no interest in protecting Sharia law.
However, they said they were willing to strike if given the assignment to do so, as they blamed their decision to join the militant group on their joblessness.
“They have paid Nigerian naira ($3,085, £1,835) to those of us who followed them over there,” one of the young men said.

Twitter has been a bee hive since rumours of a rift between duo Peter and Jude Okoye emerged.

Policeman assault a civilian in obalende

A drunken police officer with the Mobile Police, or Mopol, Unit #20, in Lagos, who was later identified as Tafa Mohammed, was caught breaking the law.
A citizen video photographer captured officer Mohammed brutalizing two women with a hidden camera, filming this disturbing footage at a safe distance.
This illegal action by the officer erupted when a street food vendor would not issue him fish to finish up his beer. The food vendor was said to have declined to sell fish alone, except to those buying food with it, a vendor policy that angered the policeman.
Mohammed, a mobile policeman, was reeking of alcohol, say eyewitnesses to this event. Mohammed took on a female customer who was buying food from the same vendor at the time he got there, and threw her into a nasty pond of putrid muddy water.
This assault on the two women took place at Lewis Street, Lafiaji, Obalende on the Lagos Island. Mohammed is seen drawing a rifle and pointing it at one of the women, an act of ‘pistol whipping,’ and he was backed-up with the presence of a second MOPOL officer. One round of ammunition was fired.
The torture reportedly caused internal injuries for the victim. A crowd of bystanders, and pedestrians can be heard shouting their displeasure at both officers.

Man Caught 'Plotting' To Bomb Abuja Mosque

Days after scores of people died in a bomb blast at Nyanya, Abuja, a suspected bomber has been arrested by members of the public and handed over to the police.

The unnamed suspect was arrested on Monday near a mosque at Garki village, Abuja and taken to the local chief's palace before officers of Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command took him into custody.

Reports say bystanders saw him scouting around the mosque while speaking to an unidentified accomplice on his mobile phone about his plans to blow up the mosque.

Angry residents apprehended and beat up the would-be-bomber before taking him the palace of the chief Alhaji Usman Nga Kupi.

A palace guard also told Abuja based newspaper that the suspect admitted to be carrying out an assessment of the mosque before carrying out his bomb attack.

Official comments are still expected from the spokesperson of the FCT Police Command DSP Altine Daniel was unsuccessful at the time of filing this report.

School girls Still In Boko Haram Captivity

As many as 99 teenage girls abducted by suspected Bokon Haram insurgents from Government Girls Secondary School Chibok are still in captivity five days after their abduction

The Borno State Education Commissioner Musa Inuwa Kubo said, in a statement issued after claims of a military rescue, that the total number f those yet to be rescued stood at 99.

“By our records of 129 students being at the hostel at the time of that unfortunate incident, we are expecting the return of about 99 students who might be among those said to have been rescued by the Military.”

Fun turned horror for a US woman and her 3-year-old-son who found a decomposed body in their backyard during their traditional Easter egg hunt.

The woman, Tara Hanouskova, from Knoxville, Tennessee, said she had noticed a foul smell but didn't find the source.

It was only while searching for chocolate Easter eggs in her garden with her son that Tara noticed tennis shoes in the crawl space under her deck.

According to Fox News, quoting Knoxville Police Department spokesman Darrell DeBusk, the man had been dead about two weeks.

The autopsy, however, did find that the man suffered from a medical condition that could have led to his death, which will be listed as natural causes unless something turns up in the final autopsy report.

The police are still trying to find out the man's identity.

Bonsam even indicated that it was Prophet T. B. Joshua that killed the former President of Ghana, Professor John Evans Atta Mills.

South African Olympic athlete Oscar Pistorius has admitted at his murder trial he was "heartbroken" when he saw the body of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp swimming in her own blood.
This confessions dropped in today April 15 after a 5-day tête-à-tête with prosecutor Gerrie Nel. The athlete told the court on Monday, "I did not fire at" my girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, though he later admitted that he blamed himself "for taking Reeva's life".

A bishop in Connecticut USA, Bishop Boddy Davis confessed to an affair he had with a lady in the past before his entire congregation then dropped dead of an apparent heart attack on Sunday, March 16.

Dr. Roberto Paz told reporters in the central Bolivian city of Cochabamba that one of the men remained in intensive care while the other suffered kidney failure and required dialysis. A sister to one of the men told Radio Fides,

"If we didn't show up, the pair would have been killed by those ants."
