An Italian couple have been handed over $28, 000 just because they can't have sex like they previously used to. A judge says it's some kind of compensation to the man who apparently can't get his wife to have sex with him on a regular basis.

Two years ago, a woman was hit by a car while crossing the street; and sustained injuries that initially left her bedridden for three months. This has permanently damaged her ability to have a great sex life with her husband - on par with what they previously enjoyed.
According to the driver's insurance company, "the couple (middle-aged) would not be able to have an active sex life again till further notice."
"Considering age in the couple's relationship — whether in sexual, social, or leisure terms,” said the Tuscan judge per La Nazione, which reports the husband now has to handle all the cooking, cleaning, and other house chores.
For those reasons did the Italian court asked the insurance company to pay the couple $28,000 as compensation for what happened.
